Reservations
By contacting me regarding a date reservation, I expect you to have read through my website and be aware of my rates, expectations, requirements and deposit policy. If there is something specific that isn't listed on my website, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Please fill out my reservation form to book an encounter with me or if you have questions or special requests, and I will get back to you at my earliest convenience. Dates over 2 hours require social time whether it's private or public social time, whichever works for me. Please try to book with 12 hour notice minimum and overnights with 24 hours minimum notice. If you would like to book a date with a shorter notice, you may contact me and do so. Sometimes I am able to accommodate bookings with less notice depending on my schedule.

Deposits & Cancellations
A $100 deposit is required for dates less than 2 hours. Dates longer than 2 hours require a $200 deposit. Your date is not secured until the deposit is received. All deposits are non-refundable, however if you have to cancel, you may use your deposit for a future date when cancelled 24 hours prior to the date. I take deposits through e-transfer. If for any reason I have to cancel, I will refund the deposit unless you prefer me to keep it for a future date. If I have a reservation booked with you and you don't show up, a 50% deposit will be mandatory if you ever want to book with me again.

Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is my priority. I never share or save any of your screening information. Your information is asked for one purpose only, and that is for my safety. Mutual discretion and safety are vital. Your information is always kept safe and is disregarded after verification. My goal is to create a long lasting companionship with you and mutual respect is important to me. What happens during our encounter stays between us.

Expectations
The type of man I am most attracted to is someone who is a gentleman and is generous, trust worthy, polite, respectful and discreet. Someone who is also respectful of my time. I am also a sucker for a man with a sense of humour. Needless to say, I also expect you to be very hygienic. I expect you to also understand the importance of my safety. Upon mine or your arrival, please leave the donation in an unsealed envelope or your favourite book that you think I would enjoy reading. I love to expand my knowledge. Please make sure you are aware of my rates, and don't leave a donation that is short on the agreed amount. If there is a specific service you are looking for, also make sure to inquire about that prior to booking.

For hotel outcalls, I prefer hotels with elevator access that does not require a keycard. If you are staying in a hotel that requires it for the elevator, please meet me outside of the hotel or by the elevators. Do not expect me to talk to the hotel front desk about letting me up or giving me a keycard, this is risky for me and they may ask me for ID. Do not tell the front desk my name and that I am coming to visit you. Dropping my name to people is crossing my boundary and I will have to cancel our date. I respect your discretion and privacy, so I expect the same.

FMTY Expectations & Requirements

Want me to come to your city and spend time with you for a day or more? That to me is the ultimate girlfriend experience. I offer FMTY experiences for established gentlemen. For FMTY dates, I have a 24 hour minimum date. Full screening & verification is required. Such as, government ID, and workplace information. If you can also provide a linkedin profile and previous upscale provider reference that is even better. I may also ask to do a quick video call before our escape together, to make sure you are the person on the government ID. A 20% deposit is required to book a FMTY with me. I ask clients to book a stay at a upscale hotel before my arrival to your city where I can stay at, and if you wish to stay with me there, you absolutely can. Please note, the client is responsible for all expenses, such as flights, hotel and food during my stay. At this time, I am only offering nationwide FMTY dates.

Do you offer half hour dates?

No. My minimum date is an hour.
Do you offer online services?

Yes I do. I offer skype and facetime sessions, custom photos and videos, as well as texting sessions.
What is the minimum length of a date?

My minimum date is 1 hour for incalls and 1.5 hours for outcalls. FMTY dates are 24 hours minimum.
Do you offer GREEK?

No. Please don't ask for it, I will not change my mind.
Do you offer duos?

I do not unfortunately.
Do you party?

No, I do not consume any type of narcotics, smoke cigarettes or drink heavy alcohol. The only thing I will consume is champagne or white/rosé wine. I have a 3 drink maximum. I have to stay in control of what is happening and be safe for obvious reasons. You are welcome to party, just don't overdo it. If for any reason I don't feel safe or you become hard to deal with, I can end the date early and no, you won't get any money back.
Do you offer outcalls?

Yes I offer outcalls to 4-5 star hotels and upscale condos. I do not offer outcalls to houses and absolutely no car dates. The furthest outcalls I offer in the lower mainland are Abbotsford and West Vancouver, and of course everything in between. Please add $100 travel fee.
Can I pay extra for no restrictions?

Absolutely not. Restrictions are there for a reason. My health is my priority.
Do you cater to couples or women?

As of now, I do not.
Do you offer FMTY dates?

I do offer FMTY dates. Full verification and 20% deposit is required to book. Please check full requirements here.
Do you offer long term arrangements?

Want to have a semi-exclusive arrangement? This can include taking me shopping, dinners, spending time together, going on trips, buying me gifts and providing me with a monthly allowance. Semi-exclusive arrangements start at $8000 monthly allowance. Please note that the same restrictions are still in place with ongoing arrangements.
What is your availability?

I am available Monday-Sunday 10am-11:30pm. Mornings must be booked the night before at the latest.
Can I pay with e-transfer?

Yes, deposits are to be paid via e-transfer, however the remainder has to be paid in cash upon arrival. E-transfers take too long sometimes and I do not start the session until I receive full payment, however your time starts the moment you or I arrive. To avoid this, simply pay with cash.
Can I pay all in cash?

I cannot accept a full donation in cash because there's no way of paying a deposit this way. You must pay a deposit to get booked, then the rest of the donation is to be paid in cash at the beginning of the date.
What payment methods do you accept?

I prefer cash and crypto. E-transfer in rare occasions if the first two options aren't available. However e-transfer is mainly for deposit payments. For international clients, I accept PayPal for deposits.
What are your overnight date requirements?

12 hour overnight dates require dinner and social time. You must allow me to get a minimum of 6-7 hours of uninterrupted sleep, as well as 1 hour minimum alone time in the morning to get ready. 16 hour overnight dates require all of the above in addition to breakfast/brunch.
Can I buy you a gift?

I love generous gentlemen who bring gifts. I love gifts like gift cards, luxury lingerie, high end heels, purses, champagne, prosecco rosé, etc. If you would like to surprise me with a gift and need my sizing, please refer to spoil me page. Can I use you as a reference?

I will happily provide a reference for my regular suitors.
Can I see a face photo?

I find this very disrespectful and careless. My photos don't show my face for a reason, why would I trust a stranger with seeing my face before meeting me? Discretion is very important to me. I am beautiful and my face is stunning. You won't be disappointed.
Can we hang out as friends?

You must understand this is my business. Even if we go on public outings I have to be compensated, as well as for our private time. Please don't try to get free time with me.
Can we get to know each other over text before meeting?

Please understand I am a busy woman and I can't be texting back and forth unless you are booking a date or an online session. I find this rude and makes you look like you don't respect my time. Contact me when you are ready to book a date with me. We will have plenty of time to get to know each other during our date. Alternatively, if you really want to chat with me you may book a texting package.
